What we collect

When you request a demo, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, company, job title, organization type, states of interest and your message. We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your request, arrange a demonstration and follow up about RegRunner. We don't sell or rent your information.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and stored in our Microsoft 365 email. Web pages and fonts are served by our hosting provider and Google Fonts, which receive standard technical data such as your IP address when your browser loads the page.

The RegRunner application

RegRunner itself runs in your browser. Holdings files you load into it are processed on your computer and are not sent to RegRunner Compliance.

Retention and your choices

We keep demo-request emails for as long as needed to follow up and maintain business records. To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop hearing from us, email info@RegRunnerCompliance.com.
